The Norton Recovery Tool ISO file is an "image file" of a CD-ROM. To download the file and create a recovery CD, you will need:

• A blank CD-R disc (Do not use a CD-RW disc)
• A CD creation program that is capable of burning, such as GEAR, Nero Burning ROM, or Roxio's Easy CD Creator
• 512 MB of RAM

Instructions on how to access and download the Norton Recovery Tool ISO file to create a recovery CD will be provided to you with your purchase confirmation. If you don’t wish to create a recovery CD, you can purchase the Backup CD offered when you purchase the download version of either Norton Internet Security 2009 or Norton AntiVirus 2009. The Backup CD contains the Norton Recovery Tool and can be used as a recovery CD. Alternatively, you may elect to purchase the packaged version of Norton Internet Security 2009 or Norton AntiVirus 2009. Each packaged version includes a product CD that contains the Norton Recovery Tool and can be used as a recovery CD.
