What if my download stops before it is complete?

If your download is cut off (for example, you lose your Internet connection, or there are server problems), you have the option to continue your download's progress. Simply click on the "Setup" icon that you originally used to begin your download in order to continue.

If your download did not include a setup icon please return to our Customer Service webpage to log in and begin your download again.
