Mac Download Instructions

Once your order is complete, the "Thank you for your order" page will display. Please click on the "Download" button. If you need to locate your order, click here.
- A progress bar indicating the status of the download is displayed.
- After your download is complete, a folder and a compressed file of the product you have downloaded will appear on your desktop.
If the compressed file you have downloaded has the extension ".sit," then you must have MAC OS 8.2 - 9.2.2 installed on your Macintosh along with Stuffit Expander 5.0 or later. To obtain a free download of Stuffit Expander please visit www.stuffit.com/win/expander/index.html. If the compressed file has the extension ".dmg," then your must either have MAC OS X installed or you may order the product CD to obtain the correct installer. - Double-click on the folder to open it. The contents will appear similar to the image below.
- Double-click on the "Installer" icon to begin the installation process. Click Continue, and then click Accept, then click Accept again.
- The Installer window is displayed.
- Click "Install" to complete the installation process. A progress bar indicating the status of the installation is displayed.
- After installation is complete, click "Restart," "Continue," or "Quit." You must restart your computer for the new settings to take effect. If you experience difficulties during your download, you may restart the download process by returning to your order using the steps above and clicking on the Download button.
