I received an error when trying to order.

If you are receiving a credit card error when trying to submit an order through the Symantec Store, please make a note of the error code you received:

  • If you receive error code 30030023 or 30030027:

    These errors indicate that your card has either been declined by your bank, or that your bank is informing our system that there are insufficient funds to complete the transaction.

  • If you receive error code 30024002 or 30024003:

    Please verify that the billing information you entered into the order form exactly matches the information on you credit card statement. If you have done this and are still unable to complete an order, contact Symantec Store Customer Service for assistance. Please include both the error number that you received as well as your order number, which is located above the shopping cart.

  • If you received a cookie error when trying to order:

    Please click the New Order link and attempt to order again.
