If you recently downloaded a Symantec consumer product that runs on the Windows operating system, you downloaded two files, the product file and the Download Manager file. The presence of the product file on your hard drive shows that you completed the download process. After finding the product file, double-click the file name to start the installation process.

To find the product file for a Symantec 2004 product, look for the appropriate file (from the following table) on your Windows desktop. If you changed the location to which the file was saved, search the hard drive for the file name.
